Testimonials
Real stories. Real results. Real transformations.
“Dr. Joseph was one of the first doctors to tell me she believed me and make me feel like I wasn’t crazy."
"She was very patient with my anxiety about not being taken seriously, as I had been treated by so many providers over time. You can absolutely feel that she sees you as a person and not a number—you can’t fake that. She’s also incredibly well accomplished and is able to explain complex things in a way that is easy to understand.”
- M

“Dr. Joseph is the total doctor. Incredibly caring, yet so detailed in her approach to my cardiac care."
"I feel totally secure in having her as my cardiologist. Her obvious intelligence does not obstruct her humble way of communicating what my medical needs are. She is totally thorough, and I never leave her office with unanswered questions. Dr. Joseph is an example for other doctors to follow.”

WHO WE HELP
Cardiovascular risk is rarely one diagnosis. It is usually several things working together. Dr. Joseph helps you find what is quietly raising your risk, and what would change it most.

Inflammatory markers and autoimmune conditions affect your heart, cholesterol and blood pressure. We read them together, not in isolation, to understand your true risk.

LDL, ApoB, triglycerides and lipoprotein(a), an inherited risk found in about one in five people that is still rarely measured. Diet first, medication where the evidence supports it.

Insulin resistance, prediabetes and blood sugar creeping up inside the "normal" range. Caught early, it is one of the most reversible risks in cardiovascular medicine.

Measured properly, at home and over time, not from one reading. Sleep, stress, sodium, alcohol and weight all move it, often more than people expect.

Preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, early menopause and autoimmune conditions carry long-term heart risk. Dr. Joseph previously led a Women's Heart Center.

A family history of heart disease, an elevated coronary calcium score, or a prior cardiac event. We find your risk early and focus on preventing what comes next.
